Two Confirmed Fatalities After Tornado Strikes Fairview, Oklahoma

FAIRVIEW, Okla. — Two people have been confirmed dead following a powerful tornado that struck the Fairview area late Thursday night, March 5, 2026. Emergency officials say the large and destructive tornado moved through portions of Major County, leaving behind significant damage and heartbreak for the local community.

First responders and emergency crews worked through the night searching damaged homes and debris after the tornado tore through the area. Authorities confirmed Friday morning that two lives were lost as a result of the storm.
